Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to our Team members at BBA Studio. The time allocated for your appointment is reserved especially for you!

Of course, we do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for Rescheduling your appointment and 48 hours for Cancellations.

Please keep in mind - if you're unable to give us a heads up, you will be charged the 50% of your scheduled service. If you didn't show up for your appointment without letting us know, you will have to pay the missed appointment in FULL in order to reschedule.

Private and Group Class Policies

Please note all class payments are non-refundable.

To reschedule a private class reserved date, request must be submitted within 10 business days of the scheduled class date.

14 business days will apply on all Group courses respectively.
